Call +AI is in closed beta and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, availability, and limits may change or break without notice.
These terms are a plain-language agreement for the beta. They'll be replaced by a fuller agreement at general release; we'll notify beta participants before any material change takes effect.
1.Who these terms are with
Call Plus AI makes the software for the Call +AI hosted SIP dialer and AI agent platform. The platform is operated by independent service providers who run it for their customers. Depending on how you signed up, your contract for the operated service may be with your service provider rather than with Call Plus AI — these terms govern your use of the Call +AI software and platform; your provider's terms govern the service they operate for you. Where Call Plus AI itself operates the beta for you, both apply and Call Plus AI is your operator.
By creating an account, installing the app, or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2.The service
Call +AI lets you place and receive calls over SIP, deploy AI agents for inbound and outbound calls, record calls, screen callers, and send call events to your own systems via webhooks. The Android client is free and open-source; cloud functionality is delivered by the operator running the platform.
During closed beta, functionality, capacity, and uptime are not guaranteed. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may impose or change usage limits at any time.
3.Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and the API keys we issue to your devices secure. Anything done with your keys is treated as done by you.
- Notify us promptly at security@callplusai.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.Bring your own telephony & AI
Call +AI does not sell phone numbers (DIDs) or call termination, and it is not an AI provider. You supply:
- Your own SIP trunk or accounts from a telephony provider of your choice. You're responsible for those providers' fees, terms, and number compliance.
- Your own AI agent provider keys (e.g. ElevenLabs, and others as they become supported). The provider receives call audio and any context you configure while an agent is active, under that provider's own terms.
5.Your responsibilities & acceptable use
You are solely responsible for how you use the platform and for complying with all laws that apply to your calls. You agree not to use Call +AI to:
- Make unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive calls, or to impersonate others or spoof caller ID unlawfully.
- Send unsolicited bulk or automated calls (robocalls/spam) without the consent and disclosures required by law (e.g. TCPA, GDPR/ePrivacy, and local equivalents).
- Record calls or deploy AI agents without obtaining any consent and giving any disclosures required in the jurisdictions of all participants.
- Infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to breach, overload, or probe the service or its rate limits.
- Resell or sublicense the hosted service except as your service-provider agreement expressly allows.
Call +AI gives you the controls — per-account recording toggles, screening, and disclosure options. The legal duty to obtain consent from call participants and to disclose the use of AI agents rests with you, not with Call Plus AI.
6.No emergency calling
Call +AI does not support emergency services (e.g. 911, 112, 999) and is not a replacement for your telephone service. Do not rely on it to contact emergency responders. Keep a separate means of placing emergency calls available at all times.
7.Fees & billing
The Android app is free. Cloud pricing is set by the service provider who operates the platform for you. During closed beta, access may be free or capped; we'll tell you before charging for anything operated directly by Call Plus AI. Where wallet top-ups or paid plans apply, payments are handled by our payment processor (Paddle) and are subject to its terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.
8.The open-source app
The Call +AI Android client is open-source and provided under its published license. That license — not these terms — governs your rights to use, modify, and distribute the app's source code. The app is provided as is, without warranty. Self-hosting or forking the client does not grant any right to the hosted platform or to Call Plus AI trademarks.
9.Intellectual property
Except for the open-source client and your own content, Call Plus AI and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, including the backend, APIs, branding, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the beta, subject to these terms. The names "Call +AI" and "Call Plus AI" and the logo may not be used without permission.
10.Your content & data
You retain ownership of your call recordings, transcripts, contacts, and configuration ("your content"). You grant Call Plus AI and your operator the rights needed to host, process, and transmit your content to provide the service. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Statement. We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train foundation models.
11.Third-party services
The platform interoperates with services you choose — telephony providers, AI providers, your webhook endpoints, and the payment processor. We're not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or what they do with data you direct to them. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
12.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. This is beta software; expect bugs, downtime, and data changes.
13.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Plus AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service during the beta will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Call Plus AI for the service in the three months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Plus AI and your operator from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any law — including call-recording, consent, and anti-spam laws.
15.Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We or your operator may suspend or terminate access during the beta at any time — including for suspected abuse, security risk, or non-compliance with these terms. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; data handling after termination follows the Privacy Statement. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
16.Changes to the service & these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post material changes here and notify beta participants by email before they take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
17.Governing law & contact
These beta terms will be governed by the laws applicable at Call Plus AI's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; the definitive governing law and dispute-resolution terms will be set out in the general-release agreement. Questions about these terms: hello@callplusai.com. Security issues: security@callplusai.com.
